Jeff Noe
A resident of Ohio for 47 years and of Central Ohio for the past 23 years, Jeff brings a wealth of professional business and executive management to the table. This includes a successful career highlighted by a strong, lead-by-example track record of consistent, positive sales & profit growth, creativity, out-of -the-box thinking, and bottom-line results in sales and marketing. Jeff has over 100 hours of specialized education and training in the skills of negotiating. This edge helps him bring his Seller Clients the highest price in the least amount of time for their home and, conversely, his Buyer Clients the best offer to buy for that special home of their dreams. Having been intimately involved in all aspects of customer-focused businesses throughout his professional career, Jeff knows what it takes to create satisfied, delighted clients ~ and truly earn their trust in the process. With every transaction, he works to deliver on our slogan "It's All About the Client....And Always More Than You Expect". Jeff knows the meaning of "Curb Appeal Plus" and is very creative and passionate about helping his clients create that desirable, all-important first-impression for potential home buyers for their property - both inside and out! In the fall of 2007, Jeff's business partnered with Frits Rizor, owner and manager of Granville's Village Flower Basket & Nursery on River Road, in order to bring another level of distinctive curb appeal to his listing Client's properties. In addition to receiving a complimentary home evaluation and suggestions to bring out that all important, eye-popping curb appeal, those Clients will receive a 20% discount on all purchases at Village Flower Basket & Gardens. Always trying to lead by example, Jeff has initiated a program for all of his listing/home selling clients throughout 2008 where he will donate 10% of his commission earnings, in his client's name(s), to a local non-profit organization of their choice. Jeff is a graduate of Miami University (B.S. 1982 M.S. 1984) and the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business Executive Management School. Jeff, his wife, Bobbi, and daughter, Emily reside in Millersport on beautiful Buckeye Lake. He is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Ohio, member of the Columbus Board of Realtors (CBR), CBR Builder/Realtor Alliance Committee, CBR Governmental Affairs Committee, Licking County Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, and Council of Residential Specialists. Jeff and his wife are avid, passionate art collectors. He is actively involved in the Arts throughout Central Ohio as well as numerous civic organizations in the communities that he works in and serves, including the Kiwanis, Red Cross, United Way, the Newark-Granville Symphony Orchestra Board of Directors, Moundbuilders Country Club Board of Trustees, the American Cancer Society, Granville Area Chamber of Commerce, and Buckeye Lake Chamber of Commerce. In the Fall of 2006, Jeff and his family personally donated over 700 hours of time and financial support to build a much needed children's playground and an enhanced "Curb Appeal" landscaping project for the Welsh Hills School in Granville.
Norm Ingle
Norm has been a real estate agent in Ohio for 9 years, primarily working throughout the Granville and Licking County markets. His background prior to this was as a builder in Texas, which gives him a great deal of knowledge about how a home is built, and enables him to spot potential problem areas for both his Buyer and Seller Clients. He is a graduate of The University of Texas, with degrees in marketing and management. Norm readily admits to being a full-fledged Buckeye fan now, with the notable exception of when they're playing the Texas Longhorns!
Norm, his wife, Teri, and two children, Madeline and Eric, live in Granville, and the kids attend Granville schools. Norm and his family, " absolutely love our town, and think you might love it here also. It's a quaint, New England-style village "plopped down" in the middle of Ohio". Norm has been the chairman for the last 6 years of the Granville 4th of July Fair, a four-day festival which is the biggest event of the year in Granville and is an active member of the Kiwanis.
Ron Kendle
Ron has been working in the Real Estate market for 7 years. He is an incredibly hard worker for his clients. Ron's clients know that when he lists their home or helps them buy the home of their dreams, they can count on his knowledge of the market to help them make the right decisions. Coming from a banking background, it helps the client feel comfortable about their decision to work with our team knowing the process that we take to make sure we get the most value for their home. All of our homes are appraised by a licensed appraiser prior to the listing - period. Anytime we are working with a Buyer Client, we perform the same process prior to making any offers to purchase a home. This is a cost that we, as your Real Estate Professionals, provide for you in order to make sure that our clients are receiving the best services possible.
Ron resides in New Albany with his wife, Julie, and their daughter, Victoria (Tori). They love to take vacations to Disney World. Ron is a U-6 Girls Soccer Coach for the New Albany Parks and Recreation Dept. He Chairs the Community Events Board for the Village of New Albany, which is a 3-year appointed position. Ron has, also, been working the Granville 4th of July Street Fair in Granville for the past 6 years with his partner and great friend, Norm Ingle.
