What You Should Expect

The negotiation phase is a very important part of the real estate transition and should performed only by highly skilled, experienced Realtors.  As your real estate experts, we understand the Central Ohio market and we have vast experience negotiating contracts.  With your best interest in mind, we will handle every aspect and detail of the negotiation of the offer to your ultimate satisfaction.
     

When You Receive an Offer To Purchase Your Home, Kendle/Ingle Will:
  • Present all offers to you in a timely manner
  • Negotiate all terms and conditions for you so you obtain the highest possible price for your home

           
When You Are in a Contingent Real Estate Contract , Kendle/Ingle Will:
  • Work closely with the buyers agent to turn an offer into a ratified contract for your review
  • Successfully negotiate all contingencies for the sale of your home
         
When You Are Under Contract, Kendle/Ingle Will:
  • Be informed of all details
  • Stay in constant contact with the Title Company to prevent any problems from occurring
  • Attend settlement with you
        
After Settlement, Kendle/Ingle Will:
  • With your permission, you will be added to our exclusive list of premier clients, and we will be available for you in all of your real estate needs and any follow-up that you require
