Selecting the Right Realtor®

Choosing the right Realtor could mean the difference between saving a few dollars or losing thousands.  All Realtors are not alike.  It’s important to find one that you feel comfortable with and one that is experienced with a proven track record.  The Kendle/Ingle Group and RE/MAX Consultant Group has worked with hundreds of Sellers and Buyers and knows from experience that it’s important for you to feel comfortable with your Realtor.  If you choose to interview more than one agent, it’s important to ask the questions that will help you determine the best fit for you.  Some of the most important questions to ask would be:
        • How long have you been selling homes in the area?
        • How many homes have you sold in the last 12 months?
        • How many transactions have you completed in the past 12 months ~ buyer and seller side? 
        • How many were listings?  How many were buyers?
        • What percentage of your business is based on referrals or repeat clients?
        • Do you have a team that helps to handle the numerous details associated with my home?
        • How are buyer prospects managed?
        • Do you have a systemized program for marketing my home?  Can you share that plan in detail?
        • What type of advertising do you do?  What is the most effective?
        • Will you conduct Open Houses if we desire?   How frequently?
        • What type of feedback will we receive?
        • How do you attract relocation or out-of-town prospects?
        • Do you have references from recent sellers?
